How to Distinguish Parody or Phishing E-mails?
If you get an e-mail asking you to yield your personal information or diverting you to another site other than Zipouch, it could be a "poparody" or "phishing" e-mail and should be measured as fake.
 
If you click through such email and take to a page that looks like "Your account" or anything that is asked to verify or change your personal data should be measured as counterfeit.
 
Usually, the fake email messages are NOT personalized, but now how you will distinguish them whether they are valid or parody mail? Well a valid mail from Zipouch will address as:
 
Dear customer, it has come to our attention that your account information needs to be updated due to inactive member fraud and false reports. If you do not update your records, will result in account deletion so please follow the link below to confirm your details.
 
Such emails should be straight away deleted and make certain not to tick on the links given by them.
